Michael obviously likes this cross-legged pose. Palm trees aren't that common in this area, but I love the ones at Lyle Park's entrance.
Our apartment walls are paper-thin and the couple below us work from home, so whenever Michael has a friend over, which is every afternoon if things go his way, we walk down to the park on our street for part of the time.
Yesterday Michael and Cody climbed trees and played Gogo's (the newest fad at Oak Knoll Elementary) on the swings and slides. I was able to keep reading in my new book Writing Alone and With Others.
