Steve has had several historic houses in Los Angeles restored. This one has a connection with "The Jazz Singer." His friend Roberto, a designer, lives here and has his collection of incredible dresses people have worn for the Oscars and such there. Gorgeous house, gorgeous everything. 
Roberto was the perfect host, giving us the tour of the house, offering chips and dips, which the boys devoured, and taking us on a walk around the neighborhood (where tour vans pass by pointing out former homes of the Beatles, Sonny and Cher, and so forth).
Michael just loved Coco, the toy poodle. Coco was so cute; I told Michael, well, seeing him love and play with Coco was the first step to getting a dog. Michael immediately came back with, "What's the second step?"
