Micki invited us, along with Mary, Mark, Aaron, and Kate, to her place to watch the opening ceremonies last night. Given that the Olympics are taking place in Vancouver this winter, was especially fun because Micki was born and raised in Canada. 
The boys were proud of Germany and its big number of 150-odd athletes participating; they were not so impressed by the aboriginal dancing. I thought it was fun to see the teams in their national outfits coming in behind their flags.
