Happy birthday, Bennett! 35!! We celebrated at Jeffrey's with milkshakes and hamburgers--a couple days early because of my TESOL certification course all weekend and the Emeryville Spragues' Saturday night nursery school campout.
We sang "happy birthday" at our place, and guess who blew out the candles on that gorgeous gourmet chocolate-raspberry cake Tiffany brought from the Berkeley area?
Were we happy to have the "leftovers" today; only Michael went empty-handed (I hadn't taken the older boys' slice sizes into consideration when cutting four pieces for us). Yum-yum.
...and here's to a great upcoming year for Bennett!
